12Avatars is the premier printed calendar of Second Life’s top beauties. With stunning women from cover to cover, it showcases the heights of virtual world beauty and fashion.
The 12Avatars calendar features an avatar-voted contest for selected slots on the calendar, as well as two real-world beauties who have been transformed into avatars.
Distributed for free in-world, and sold for a modest price in the real world, 100% of the proceeds will be divided between the avatars who sell the real calendars in-world and real world charities chosen by the calendar buyer.
The 12Avatars calendar is produced by a solid team that includes Apollo Interactive, America’s Leading Interactive Agency (http://www.apollointeractive.com), and Centric, Agency of Change (http://www.centric.com), who are looking to encourage in-world commerce and cross-promotion in Second Life.

I didn't model for Models Mode... It is the time zone getting in my way. It is really late for me. I have a RL job that I don't want to loose.
SL being close delayed the show. I made an effort to be there. I went there and waited but it got really late. I was in the third group of models. That meant that I would be walking the first time at about 1.30am (for me).

I am in the SL Next Top Model Contest and I just receive a notice:

SL Next Top Model
Welcome to SL Next Top Model. This competition is for aspiring models of SL. The winner will receive $25,000 L, a professional photo shoot and modeling contract with Ad Campaign dot com. Entries will be taken from March 3, 2007 to March 31, 2007. Entry requirements are: 18 or older, A clear picture in your profile, Join SL next top model group and have it active, Positive attitude and serious about SL modeling.
After the entry date, we will hold an event, date to be announced, and announce the top 25 to move on to the next round. Surprise eliminations and challenges will happen along the way on the road to the top 25. The top ten will receive a modeling contract with our agency but only 1 can be SL Next Top Model. 25,000L, modeling contract and professional photo shoot.
It's going to take a great look, hard work, personality and your competitive drive to be SL Next Top Model. SL NTM should have apearance ratings. The higher the better! Behavior is a good one to bring up also
Show you can follow directions early on by reading group notices in its entirety before IM'ing me personally to tell you information that I have already provided. Group members may offer information to others if they wish in group chat or private IM.
