There's a new cutest outfit at SugarCube made by Yuuki Kurosawa! The Happy Life Generator it's a complete outfit from head to toe including ring, bag, hair ribbon, tiara, shoes and scarf, hair and the outfit itself with all the layers. At the store you can try the demos.
I choose a different hair to wear with the outfit and that's why I am not showing the tiara neither the hair ribbon since the accessories were made to wear with the hair.
