rebake (or how to avoid newspaper look)
First of all, you must make your Client menu appear: Ctrl + Shift + Alt + D.
When you change your outfit but the outfit doesn't show properly and want to look good, simply go to Client » Character » Rebake All Textures. Then, you will be looking great!
Classy Casual look

CK IN2U launches in Second Life
Calvin Klein choose SL to introduce the new parfum CK IN2U. The CK IN2U site is located on Avalon.
Residents will be able to visit the ck IN2U site to pick up virtual bottles of the new ck fragrances, connect with other in-world virtual partners by spraying them with fizzing fragrance bubbles to initiate dialogue - and use specially modified ck graffiti bottles to express themselves and whatever they or their friends are 'in 2'.
Calvin Klein has launched CK IN2U, a fragrance duo inspired by the connected generation "expressing its freedom thanks to new technologies".
CK IN2U Her includes notes of pink grapefruit, bergamot, currant leaves, sugared orchid accord, white cactus, neon amber, vanilla souffle and red cedar. It is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette and in Body Milk and Shower Gel.

The first outfit I bought in SL was Ravenna from a store called Luminosity. Now, you can find Luminosity in Luminous Island. It it is one my favorite stores and one of my favorite sims.
I love almost all the clothes I find in Luminosity. The details in all her outfits are so perfect and the outfits look great. So, if want to look astounding go to Luminous Island.
Sol Columbia (Luminosity) made this beautiful dress and asked me so choose a Portuguese city to name it. I decided to name on the city where I live: Lisboa or Lisbon, if you prefer.

Models Mode (event)
Models Mode is teaming up with Catwalk City to host a fashion show, held on April 12, 2007, From now until 8pm SLT on April 8, all new fashion designers are encouraged to submit a sample portfolio of their creations to Miss Satine Heart, COO of Models Mode, for a chance to earn a spot in this show!
Two of the contestants will be chosen to participate in the show, alongside one of Second Life's major designers!
