browsing and surfing

As you can see (from reading this), I love gadgets (or gizmos, like my friends call it). I have been receiving a lot of feedback about the things I find in SL and about the things I use to improve my SL finds.
In an earlier post I've talked about timezones and even posted a chart with my timezone (GMT). One of the easiest solutions I found is in Mozilla Firefox.
I don't use Internet Explorer (IE). IE 6 is a bad browser and IE 7 is even worse. I only use Firefox for my internet browsing. In Firefox you can add free and useful plugins (add-ons).
Two of my favorite add-ons are Gmail Manager and FoxClocks. Gmail Manager helps me to check my personal Gmail account and my blog/SL Gmail account. With FoxClocks I can manage my time (GMT) with SL time (PST).

And here's a personal favorite! My USB stick is a precious one. I have almost an OS operating in my USB stick. Anyway, I use Firefox in my laptop and desktop at home but at work I use it in my USB pen. You can download here the Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition.
Browse the website. You'll be amazed!

Note: not all of these programs are on the website.
